Engagement

Evidence Architecture Sprint

Map one real evidence flow into the AgEvidence contract — bounded in scope, tied to a named external obligation, and delivered as inspectable artifacts rather than a slide deck.

Deliverables

What you receive

Source and authority register

Every system, record type and issuing authority involved in the flow, with rights and access conditions.

Canonical mapping

Your payloads mapped into the evidence contract: identity, authority, time, schema and software version.

Evidence-gap report

Missing calibration, identity, authority, method, review and allocation evidence, stated before formal review.

Architecture decision record

The decisions taken, alternatives rejected, and the constraints they depend on.

Reusable fixture

A redacted or synthetic fixture that can be re-run locally and reused in later cycles.

Production-hardening scope

What remains between this working development surface and a production evidence path.

Shape of the work

Sequence

PHASE 1

Qualify

Confirm a real external obligation, a decision date and a technical owner.

PHASE 2

Collect

One representative event, payload, measurement output or source manifest.

PHASE 3

Map and diagnose

Canonical mapping, gap analysis and review-state capture.

PHASE 4

Report

Gap report, decision record, fixture and hardening scope.

What we need from you

Inputs

  • one representative evidence flow you already produce;
  • a named external reviewer, buyer, program or obligation;
  • a decision or deadline the evidence must support;
  • a technical owner who can supply payloads or schemas;
  • any data-rights restrictions that apply to the records.

Scoping and pricing

Engagements are scoped according to the evidence flow, external obligation, integration complexity, data rights, review requirements and reusable product capability created. The commercial unit is a bounded evidence-and-reliance engagement tied to an external decision — not seats, tokens, bytes or receipt volume.
